Grow in peace

Get away from screen time, dig up weeds or plant some seeds, spend quality time together in a peaceful place.
Future Plans
Join our journey...
Based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire and established in 2025, we are in the process of registering as a CIC.
We plan to raise funding to develop the allotment, increase volunteering opportunities and run free family sessions that enhance women and girls wellbeing. We want to create a community that will develop collective improvements, campaign against gender inequality and enhance women and girls' access to opportunities.
We're driven to deliver powerful training packages that equip organisations ready to close the gender pay gap and create genuinely flexible roles — so that more women and girls, especially those facing deep-rooted systemic barriers, can finally access the opportunities they deserve
We aim to develop partnerships with local and global organisations and individuals who share our values, enabling us to create a network that shares and creates opportunities with women and girls in underserved communities to soar socially and economically.

Let’s be real — for so many of us leading SOAR, we've had to push through the noise.
From the outside and even from inside our own heads, we hear stuff like "Girls can’t play football," or "You can’t land a job that works around being a mum," or the classic "I'm tired, I'm overstretched, I cant do this, She's better than me."
We’ve heard it, we’ve internalised it… but that stops here. It’s time to flip the script.
You are enough and your stronger than you feel.
Keep an eye out for our upcoming collection of cards and powerful one-liners that remind you to stay strong, challenge the limits, and own your space with resilience. 💥✨
Watch this space. Big energy is coming.
